Hair Freedom
Lack of product knowledge

On the 21st November I went to Hair Freedom (Golden Arch) as a model to have my hair done. On arrival the stylist attended to me and we consulated with the trainer, namely Gary on what is going to be done on my hair and how much it will cost. He advised me that the treatment which will be done on my hair will cost R160. The stylist did the treatment and when she was finished and I needed to pay, he (Gary) gave a different amount of R195. He mentioned some other stuff, which he did not bother to explain to me in person, as to why the price went from R160 to R195. I had no problem paying the R195. My problem is that this is clearly an interpretation of unprofessionalism and not knowing your products. He should have told me this when I had the consultation with him and the stylist. The trainee herself was so confused when I gave me a different price of R195. I did not get a receipt and I want to know is that also part of the procedure and what exactly the procedure is. Does this happens all the time and to how many people have this happen before? I'm so disappointed at the bad service I have received from this salon. I was going to come back but now my whole perception has changed
