Today at 15:10 I went to Checkers Hyper in Sandton City and I can safely say it was the worst experience of my life.
As I was waiting in the queue for the cashier to assist the person in front of me, she stops and makes us all wait for about 15min just sitting there. Eventually I ask her what the problem is and why we are waiting. I expected a quick answer from the cashier to inform us all about what's happening. I received the following response from her...
She turned her back on me and just ignores me straight. I said to her that I am the customer and she will NOT ignore me like that. Still no response as she just sat there with her back towards me mumbling. Eventually the CLIENT she was helping told me that she scanned one of his items twice!
I am absolutely disgusted and will never in my life time go to Checkers again. I expect an apology and further action ASAP or I will be taking this further.
The cashier's name is Malejela Malebatsa
