I was a Cotton on Access Park, on Monday this past week wanting to make a purchase, the line to pay was too long, so said I will return the next day to pay. Came the next day and they had lost my stuff. Got a phone call from one of the staff to fetch it on the Wednesday, staff stated if there was a line i could just pay and leave. Arrived to collect my items and they wouldn't let me pay. This was the 3rd time I tried to pay. Left because i had work. Came back today (Saturday) to pay for my items not asking for any compensation for the inconvenience they coursed. But simply a apology, which neither the regional manager or staff could provide. Asked for the manger and she wouldn't even come see me after i had asked a staff member to call her.
I find this is a terrible attitude on there part considering they were at fault.
