Disappointed in attitude of staff & will pass word round as how pathetic staff (one in particular is - I will refrain from naming at this point) - I regularly shop at Cotton On Atterbury. I went on Sunday 26th Feb @ 13:25 - my son wanted to try an item of clothing on ( /-13h50) to be told that the change rooms are already closed - my daughter was already in one & my son wanted to go into another to try on a shirt, my response then how do they expect us to buy (given no refund on sales items)& the shop assistant with major attitude told me its the shops rules & not hers while opening the change room door for my son - PLEASE SHOW ME WHERE THIS IS STATED! While waiting for my son & daughter this bad mannered, uncouth assistant walked past my sons girlfriend & said "we also have a life you know". THIS IS NOT ON & for an international company like Cotton On to hire such staff leaves much to be desired!!!
Personally if she is so unhappy in having to deal with clients & her only focus is home time then perhaps she should find something more suitable & allow her position to be filled by more professional, competent persons wanting to work.
VERY, VERY DISGUSTED!
