I was at the Shoprite Lebowakgomo branch the previous Sunday (17Nov2013), the air conditioning system is not working and by the words that people were saying it hasn't been working for some time now. Our parents (elders) shop there weekly, pregnant women are also expected to cope with the heat in the store. We all know that certain areas are more hot than others, so an effort should be made to keep customers happy.
In this case no effort was taken because you know sometimes if aircons are not working fans would be used. I asked one lady who was packing trolleys if i could speak to the manager on duty and the response i got was there is no manager on duty today.
Please help, I am sure if nothing is done there will be a lot of cases of people fainting from the heat in the store in December. Lebowakgomo is a very hot place and we all know that in December it gets packed in most stores.
