I'm still waiting for a consultant from Jet / Edcon to call me back after my Hello Peter complaint
Today I called customer care on0860113639. I spoke to Kelly (who told me that she doesn't want to give me her surname because she choose to). Anyways, thats the least of my worries. The reason I called customer Care was because I was told that my December instalment is R820.00, my total balance is R3777.88. Kelly say apparently my Jet purchase instalment is R150.00 and the rest is for my, EDGARS LEGAL PLAN (R39.00), ACCOUNT PROTECTION PLAN (R10.50), Administration fees of course and airtime that I'm sure has not amounted to more that R150.00 for the month of November alone. So in my calculations, it doesn't even add up to more that R450.00 if that how it's colculated unless Kelly doesn't know her Job. Anyways, if I don't get proper feedback from Jet this time I will definitely take up with the retail ombudsman
