Kelly denying me application for UIF

I worked for kelly for 5years they placed me in standardbank as a temp worker. I got a permanent employment in Capitecbank early this and resigned from kelly. now im pregnant and will be going on an unpaid maternity leave end of this month and i have to apply for uif so i was advised to uif forms from my previous employers as well, i called the kelly head office and was given a number to call and ask for Leah who deals with uif application forms, i have been calling daily 3times since last week thursday during different times, whenever they transfer me to her she does not answer till it goes to voicemail where i have left countless urgent voice messages and she never respond, i requested to leave a messege with someone but the receptionist told me that she does not get to see Leah can only transfer calls and i must keep on trying. i dont have airtime anymore, today i called 5times with no luck, why is she responsible for work done in the office if she is never in the office... poor service indeed, nowonder people want these agancies gone!
