Bad Service

I bought a few items at Woolies Sandton and found out when I was on holiday that my jersey still had the security tag still attached to it and as I did not have anything else to wear cauz it was cold I asked my boyfriend to remove it which left a hole and i had to sew when i got back. Then I bought a Tiramisu cake at Maponya and was charged for a chocolate mouse which was R50 more and if I had not picked it up I would have been robbed of my R50. The irritating thing is had to go to customer service and fill in the sheet before i got refunded which was a total waste of my time. As i was walking out I saw a pair of pants and did not have a size and aksed the lady at the fitting room to check with other branches for my size and she was not the friendliest person but I ignored that. She found the pants and The Glen and I went the following day to collect them as I walked out they security scanner beeped only to find out that the hanger and the security tag where still attached to my pants and to wait for the security to check who assisted me and wrote down the details before he could remove the hanger and the tag. I am really dissapointed with the service I received from Woolies:-(
