My Edgars Account is being billed with a Hospital cover, i never signed up for and was told by the Call Centre agent that this was done at Legit Campus Square. The agent informs me that i personally need to go to the Legit store for my queries and that he cannot guarantee that the charges will be reversed. This is after getting cut off by the 1st Call Centre agent, then holding on until i hung up cause of being put on hold for so long.
So is it that any store personnel can just sign me up for covers i did not sign up for and then go through so much hassle to get them cancelled. I've been an Edgars Account holder for more than 10 years and will not hesitate to cancel my account if this is not sorted out.
