I think it's now fair to post a hellopeter complaint after a few calls to the Woodmead branch.
I was there yesterday for a KIC special, Oven, Hob and Extractor. NO STOCK
Was promised a call, I called back today and spoke to a salesperson who said he would check and get back to me. I called back and he asked if Patrick had called me as he was supposed to but they have no stock
He mentioned that the promotion ends on Monday so MY question was what do I do if they have no stock.
Now I miss out on the promotion? What about the call-back voucher policy that stores like GAME has
Said he's speaking to his manager and is checking for stock and cut the call
