To whoever receives this...(perhaps you can forward this to a responsible manager too)

This is getting ridiculous! Each time I check the delivery status, it increases by few days! Will I get this book in 2013? For a specialist company you claim to be, selling books via the internet, your service delivery is poor!

As the shelves of the CNA and the likes are piled to capacity with this book, granted at a higher price, I would have definitely bought it from a retailer instead of [URL Removed] had I known...! I could have read it a hundred times over by now.

By the way, Ashleigh (if I remember your name correctly) - you promised to call me back yesterday with an update. You did not do so. That is poor service! Period!

No more support in the future, unless it's an E-book! Check out [URL Removed] as they are really professional and stick to their delivery dates.
