BAD BAD SERVICE

I bought a washing machine 2011 Maybut was informed that my warranty had expired because it was not paid within the specified 3 months as per contract. Question is, if that was the case, why was not informed when immediately when the cntract was ceased. Why were my payments being accepted long after my warranty was cancelled. No one can explain this to me. I'm a 60years woman who doesnt understand english and need clear explanations on conditions of the contracts. I'm dissappointed on the service i receuved from game and its emplyees and theway the matter has been dealt with. Your employees are not equipped with the necessary knowledge to advise customers properly. Cause had they had the right knowledge, they would've notified me earlier, and not take the full amount of the warrany knowing very well there's time limit to pay the full amount. I need that warranty reinstated, or my money reimbursed.
