I can attest to their appalling services. During Feb/March I did a move with them from Hoedspruit to Ct. They arrived a day earlier than the agreed schedule time and my furniture along with office stuff landed in storage which was arranged by them. Monthly we paid 800 for the storage, little did we know that the storage facility is share with whole other people. That was not a problem until we discovered that my washing machine was gone (No not scratched/bumped) I could handle that and accept. However the though that someone has my washing machine and i have to just accept that is not acceptable. I've been calling since May fortunately all my conversations with them are recorded but NO MANAGER is available, a man called George receives and blocks the calls. I even said to them I'm not interested in profiting all I need is my machine, even that still didn't move them. I ask them for a letter stating why would they not want to pay me for my washing machine which was not damaged but. My last resort is to contact the consumer office. I pray that more people show up regarding this company cause when I went to pick up my stuff i saw FLAT-SCREEN TVs im sure missing for other ppl
