Paying for undelivered items

I opened an account with Ellerines, Mahube Valley, Mamelodi, on the 7th of September 2012.
I then bought a washing machine, stove and a kitchen Cupboards. The Washing Machine and a stove
were delivered on the same day, but apparently the kitchen Cupboards were out of stock. I was promised
the kitchen cupboards will be delivered witn 7 days from their warehouse in Benoni.

2 weeks later it was still not delivered, and a I went back to the store to find out what's
causing the delay. I spoke to the manager by the name of Tinyiko who apologized for the delay and guaranteed that my items will be delivered within two weeks, which was the beginning of my nightmare.

Since then I have been sent from pillar to post. I always get a different manager every time I go to the store who always promise the problem will be sorted with couple of weeks. In my desperate attempt to get attention I stopped my monthly instalment on January 2013, but that doesn't seem to help much, since I'm only running into arrears.

Bellow is the list of the stuff members I've spoken to in the process to attempt to fix this issue.
