I was at sheet street The Glen on the 26 Oct 2013. I was making a payment with my debit card. It declined on their machine and I got an sms that it went off my account. I spent half of today 28 Oct 2013 trying to resolve it and I have not received any pleasure from them. They say there is nothing they can do.
I explained to them what my bank told me that they need to do, but they said i have to wait it out.
I can't wait it out i have responsibilities to do and i need that money.
