I made a purchase at Sheet street Germiston - my card was declined three times but according to my bank statement it did go through. I went to go withdraw the money and found that it had gone through - they refused to give me the goods, because the card facility said it did not go through!! I paid cash - And I would like to get a refund!! That is not acceptable at all. If you could get back to me with this regards ASAP I'd greatly appreciate it.
