On 2013-01-05 i ordered a pair of Vibram Bikila from them. They told me they do not have it but will order. Ten days later no one phoned me to inform me what is going on with the order. I phoned the foschini head office who promised they will take it up with the area manager. The area manager Selma phoned me and told me that she wil see that this is relolved and that the shoes will be ordered. Today is 2013-02-09 and I have still not received the shoes and no one have phoned me to tell me what is going on. When i phoned the area manager, Selma, cellnumber 0834482170 she said she will sort it out on Monday and dropped her phone. Now suddenly her phone is switched off. This is unprofessional. It seems to me when the Foschini Group get your payments on your account every month they are happy, but from there on in they do not CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
