Defrauded but made to wait

I was told last week that my account was defrauded of about 9k. Firstly, I am required to do all the running around as if it was my own negligence that allowed this to happen rather than Game look at its own internal flaws.
Secondly, I was told i would get a call from the team leader of the department. I am still waiting!!!
