Worst online delivery service ever. Even when directly requesting the packing the groceries to make sure they don't - for the umpteenth time - send us groceries that expire on the day of purchase or the next day, the sent all the groceries and meat for expiry today (same day as delivery) or tomorrow (the day after delivery for the at Woolworths who might not understand this).
Customer service centre is non-existent. Supposedly open until 7:30pm but I've been on hold for over 20 minutes and no matter how many times the automated voice repeats "your call is receiving my attention, we do value your call" I just somehow cant shake the feeling that you don't give a.
