I have been promised a property through Peter Maskell's auctions it was late 2011 early 2012.
I was dealing with a person named Nerisha John. She initially sent me 2 properties in the
Durban North area. I decided to go with the property in Village Way. She asked me to fill
in an offer to purchase agreement, which I did and mailed back to the company.
The initial amount I put forth was 750K, which she advised me will secure this deal.
I was asked to put in a 10% deposit, which I refused. I did say the money is available but
I will onto put this once I know the deal has been secured. In September 2012, I was asked
to increase my offer to 1 million, which I did. Again I was assured this property will come through
for me. During this time I moved my kids to a school closer by this premises. Till today my kids
still travel 50kms return, I have been dealing with many people through this company, I was
even refered to deal with people from the banks. In September 2012, Nerisha left the company
and I was referred to deal with Seone Maskell. She had to start all over with this case, resubmitting
the offer etc. She liased with the banks, had meeting etc. in JHB to get this prop
