Order cancelled withought any notification

I place two order with home choice on the first week of November, everything was okay with my order even though i was told that the Peruba bed cover was out of stock but told to wait for three weeks for it. only to find out today when i do the followup that my order was unsuccessful because i did send the proof of new address which none of them told me about it. am so disappointed at home choice again customer services.
