Cancelled my Club on my cashcard from edgars' side at the end of September as per calls from their call centre and smses on my phone...
I am still being debited though - I am disappointed as one would believe one of South Africa's biggest retailers you could trust.
I am a happy edgars club member and since I received the notifications, I went in store to confirm that the club would indeed be cancelled - they then told me it's because the CLub service is being entirely discontinued from the CashCard.
I then went and RE-opened my edgars account because I did want to keep it.
Now I am being charged TWICE...
I then went in to the Somerset West branch on the 8th November and they confirmed that I am being debited twice. I would then have had feedback within 48hrs.
It is now the 18th - 10 days later and I get a call from someone who doesn't know what is going on and i have to RE-explain things to her.
I would like my refund as it is unfair that I am paying for the same thing twice!
