Bought a Polo Queen bed at Fruniture City

My name is Ayanda Mkanda. I bought a Polo Queen bed at Furniture City on the 25/10/2013 and the delivery was on the 01/11/2013 which the bed was toned at the foot headboard. I wrote the complaint at the delivery note and I got the message on Monday the 04/11/2013 from their customer service.

Ever since then I never got any feedback as to what is the status of the complain when is the proper bed going to be delivered. I the customer been calling and till today nothing has happened. They have been promising to give me a call back to let me know and nothing, Firiday my last call and still nothing no one has called me to let me know what is happening.

This bed I bought it cash and right now I am not impressed at all with the customer service. Its either you refund me so that I can buy somewhere else where they know how to treat the customers or deliver the bed not later than Tuesday. I have been promised by this guy Vusi from call centre to give me feedback and he never did and Jacob the sales person Friday he was meant to call me back and he never did.

I am not impressed with Furniture City at the moment.
