On Thursday 14 November I visited Pep Stores in Key West. I carried a whole lot of parcels and a kind shop assistant came to my rescue with a basket for my shopping as well as kindly taking all my parcels and brought me the disk to enable me to collect my things afterwards. Once I got home later that afternoon I realised one parcel was missing and after fruitlessly searching for it I knew Left it somewhere. I contacted Pep the next morning and asked for the manageress who turned out to be ANNA. She immediately knew what I was talking about and promised to keep it until I could collect it. On Sat I went to the store and was greeted with such a friendly smile and helpfulness I had to write about this. This may seem like something small but if only EVERYONE dealing with the public will realise what just a SMILE means to a customer! Thank you Anna, keep up the good work, your company should be very proud of you!
