I went to the Post Office today to collect some goods which have been posted to me. I do alot of online shopping and get parcels all the time from all around the world. Since November I have been contacted by the Post Office about a parcel which I have mistakenly taken and I was under the impression that it was all sorted out. I did not take this parcel and would have returned it should I have done so. The manager called me in and falsely accused me of taking this parcel, even though I told her I did not. I had to keep explaining myself and she looked at me like I was dirt. This is not a very professional manner to do things and run A BUSSINESS! As a professional business woman I do not appreciate this kind of treatment! They had even kept back one of my VERY IMPORTANT parcels which I needed in December for my peak season in business. IS THIS HOW SOUTH AFRICA CHOOSES TO TREAT THEIR CLIENTS???
