Couch has a dip on top. Emailed photos last year... they fetched it, came back a few weeks later it was still the same. Emailed again this year (with photos) and they fetched and returned same problem. Taking the couch away and re-dressing it is not working! My numerous emails go unanswered. DON'T BUY Coricraft - they don't bother to come back to you.
