I purchased a bluetooth headset from the sandton city branch on Saturday, I used it later that day and realized that it was a terrible make, people could what I was playing and it does not fit nicely across the head etc. I went on Sunday to return the set, 1 DAY AFTER PURCHASING. The store manager Shanelle Buys was Rude, Arrogant and disrespectful. She said they didnot care the about the CPA, she only cares about what's written on the receipt (which says nothing about returning a product within 1 day by the way). I explained to her that I could not use another product as my requirement was that I needed a bluetooth headset. she took the receipt and the product and literally shoved it back to me. she was absolutely disgusting in the way she treated me. If Musica does not refund my purchase it means they do not accept the CPA which means they are against the constitution of South Africa.
I URGE ALL SAFFERS NOT TO SHOP AT THE SANDTON CITY BRANCH- THE MANAGER IS DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE!!!
