Hi, I like to bring under your attention that your branch in Gezina Galleries in Gezina, Pretoria is NOT A SATISFY shop anymore. It is heavy frustrated to shop there from the time that you made the store SMALLER, there is too many clothes/items in that shop there is no space to unpack anymore. If you want to take 1 item to look at it... ALL THE ITEMS ON THAT RACK HANGING IS FALLING OFF, cos there is to many hanging. yesterday i was there again, untill my frustration took over and i left everything on the rack i just leave the shop. you certainly go to a shop, escpecially my whole family like PEP for your own satisfaction and comfort but not anymore in that PEP branch. maybe it is good for your pocket to pay less for the space but truely not for the customers, and i also realise while i was there that the staff is just keep on bringing boxes out of their store room to UNPACK MORE ITEMS. where they going to pack or hang it i don't know!!! please see our customers view also and make a plan, cos its not LEKKER anymore to visit the Gezina branch and i also love to shop there for sometimes more than a hour cos of the cooling temperature in that branc, i can at least say that.
