L bought a phone from Jet Greenstone, after 2 days l realised the phone had a problem and l decided to take it back. When l got there this guy with a title "Cellphone Specialist", and his name is Simphiwe came with his stinking attitude as ever. l am not sure if l am the 1st customer to complain about this guy's attitude even when he's serving on the tills he's just not a friendly someone. We had a serious argument regarding the cellphone issue until l requested them to credit back the money into my account because of that guy's attitude. The cellphone had a problem of freezing and l explained to him that l would not want to take the risk of using it when l see it has a problem and he screamed uncontrollably. Then came Connie who at once understood my story and resolved it in a simple and very respectful manner. l really appreciated her Customer Service, had it not been of her l don't know how far l was going to go with Simphiwe. Because of Simphiwe l don't see myself very comfortable doing my shopping at Jet Greenstone Mall, l don't know how far he can go when he's angry with a customer.
