Dear Kalahari
For the second time in a row my orders have failed to be delivered on the date you had specified in the email confirmation sent to me and on the order page on your site.
I ordered Call Of Duty: Ghosts that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and wasn't. When querying this with the Twitter team I was told a driver was on their way with my delivery - this was yesterday afternoon. No one arrived. Why tell me the guy is on the way when in fact he is not?
It is now 15h00 a day after the parcel was supposed to arrive and still no delivery. This game was supposed to be a gift for someone and now I am the one looking like a fool as I don't know when it will arrive. When your site AND the confirmation email say my order is on the way and will arrive on the 6th of November, I would expect it to arrive on the 6th of November.
My previous order of Fifa 14 also had a problem. It took longer than expected and the DLC I received was incorrect. This is now the second order in a row that I've had problems with. Don't promise things that you guys are unable to deliver on and don't promise them on public social media platforms either.
Please fix this!
