On the 23 Oct 2013, I submitted a refund request to Leon Chinner for the amount R16375.00 .He promised to have the refund paid back to me on the 28 Oct.2013. According to him my case was" different" and it wont take 6-10 working days as stated on his terms and conditions, but it will actually be sooner than that. After that he promised it will be in my account the 1st of Nov, -not in- again. then he promised for the 6th of November-not in- again. Then another promise for last night (13 Nov)- not in-again. According to records I am not the first person that he caught like this. He makes an offer that you cant refuse, just to get hold of the deposit. Please people be careful he will just tell you he is waiting for the supplier and make promises. We must stop him
