Still No Refund

In his response to my previous complaint on HelloPeter Leon says he will refund me my money... this was on the 4th November I have not heard from Leon or received my refund... I will continue to make a new post every 10 days until I receive the amount I paid including the additional R300 he promised for the inconvenience. He says he has never refused a refund... firstly I never asked for the refund it was suggested by Leon because he could not supply the goods I paid for... I suppose he just ignores the fact that he owes people money.
