This company send toners for our fax machine every three months, and every three months they tell me that this is the last and they wont be sending any more, blah blah blah... i am a single mother, i am unable to afford R3000 every 3months for toners i really do not need as i have 5 stocked up already from them just sending and billing me. To make matters worse, the machine that the toner is for, burnt out and no longer works. I want to know what my rights are as a consumer as i know what they are doing is incorrect and against my rights as per the consumer bill.
