About 3 weeks back I purchased a Queen Size Bed & 2 Wing-back Chairs from the StrubensValley Branch.
They were informed by my partner to deliver the bed on a Friday to one of our apartments in Sandton which never happened. The Bed was delivered 2 days later! Their excuse was that their Warehouse was responsible to deliver & it was not the branches fault.
We had paying tenants in this apartment with kids & they needed this bed in time which we had promised them.
So much for customer service.
To add to the above, we changed our minds regarding the 2 Wing-back Chairs as the colours would not blend in with the current furniture, so I canceled the order a few days before they were to be delivered. They promised a full refund but this has not happened up-until now!
Not sure what is going on with these guys but they need a serious wake-up call! They owe me R4700 & keep on informing my partner that they have reversed the charges which is BS. I'm currently overseas & I have to rely on my partner to deal with this which is unfair.
Please can someone help me get my money back from these people!!!
