I was surprised by the response that I received when I called jet number to enquire about the service for sms's and airtime that I never received. I was told to contact the whatever company that is working with them. What. Don't understand is why am I billed on my jet statement and jet cannot give me the service that I want. I am not willing to contact the unknown service provider which I don't have a dealing with. I asked for the fees to be reversed and service being cancelled. If there was a separate billing not on my jet statement, maybe I would understand. I never received airtime or SMS bundles and nothing is done on this matter. I just need everything to be cancelled and reversed.
