No feedback in regards to OMO Rewards programme

In June I bought an OMO product and the pachage guarenteed one of three prizes. Shortly thereafter I received an email asking which one of the prizes I would like. I chose the R79 Dining Voucher and Lethiwe Lushaba and Morgan Maruma informed that I will receive a booking confirmation in 5 days. In the meantime a bought another OMO product and made another booking for a Dining voucher. When I asked about the previous voucher that I havent heard anything of I was asked to email the Supervisor/ Complaint section. I emailed Valencia Pillay but up to date I have not received any feedback or confirmation on one of my two supposed bookings.

I seem to have been into buying Unilever products with the empty promise of "gaurenteed prizes/awards"??
