I bought a top at Mr Price Canal Walk and a pants by N1 City branch. The top's fly and button were not stitched on the one sleeve I then exchanged the top at N1 City branch and took a linen pants as well not knowing the pants one panel was smaller than the other. This is totally unacceptable. I called the Sea point branch to inquire whether they had stock available and told the assistant manger about my problem all she said was, "it's a factory problem". I gave out taxi fair up and down for exchanging and why? I am very unhappy about the service as well as your merchandise...
