I'm severely disappointed.

I got a gift voucher for my birthday, and took some time for myself on Friday to go and find some underwear that I need. I was happily browsing and saw to my delight, several ads that said: 2 for 1! NO STRINGS ATTACHED! (Bra's) And of course, also the displays with the 3 for 2 panties. So I had a long look at what was available, and eventually settled on 2 bras and 3 panties. Yay! now I can use my gift voucher! Happy customer.
Until I got to the paypoint. When I said I don't have a WW card, the lady informed me that I do not qualify for the special. WHAT?
I calmly (!!) said thank you, turned around and left. I went back to see what it was that I had missed. Again I saw several posters of different sizes informing me that I can have 2 bras for R170, and 3 panties for the price of 2 - NO STRINGS ATTACHED. Just before I went back to the till point to complain, I saw on ONE of the smaller ads, in very fine writing, that this offer only applies to WWreward clients.
I am hugely upset, to say the least. This is how you want to please clients? I wish I could tell you what to do with your specials, but I still have a gift voucher to spend - unfortunately
