Ad bad bad customer service by delivery of promise... settled account May 24, 2013... I was told that i will not be debited and would be sending away to head office. Head office did nothing in 6 days that is so poor. I called in today and i know she is just doing her job and she says the debit order must show up on our system then we can refund you your money back and YOU have to call in on Tuesday... REALLY!!!??? Why do I have to call in for something that was suppose to sorted out immediately when I settled my account, Why do I have to call after my own money??!!! It is Mine and did not belong to hi-fi corp/finance... I wonder how many people they do this to? Not me I want my money back!!!
