I have settled my account at the store in September 2013 with the expectation that my debit order will be cancelled. To my surprise, the debit order went again in October. I reported the matter to the stores finance department on three different occasions. Each time I dealt with different employees working at the finance department and each of them requested proof of debit, payment, ID and they were all submitted on three different occasions. On my last visit on the 9th November I dealt with the Financial Manager, who promised that the money will be refunded and deposited to me on 11 Nov 2013, I called her later that afternoon to remind her and she promised that it will be deposited in the afterrnoon, but the money was not deposited as promised. The store cannot refund me just R496-00 for three weeks, reason being that it did not have people paying using cash for three weeks. The service and attitude of the Financial officers including their manager has been unprofessional and dishonest. I have been the customer at the store for three years and I will never ever buy again at the store and other HIFI corporations
