On Saturday the 2nd of November 2013 we went to Hi-Fi Corp Kolonade and gave them the warranty. We spoke to Christelle who said the technician will contact us before Wednesday to repair the washing machine. On Thursday a lady called and asked if someonee phoned us yet. We said no and the lady said she will phone us back shortly. We are still waiting for her to call back. At 16.45 we called again and spoke to the floormanager Lesoga he will solve the problem and call back. We are still waiting. On Friday Lesoga acknowledged that it is Hi-.fi's fault. On Saturday we called again and requested to speak to his Manager, but he said he is not allowed to provide the telephone number of his manager. 9 calls in 3 days and still no repair.
