This is the second time that I receive a special offer printout in a newspaper for Game Cape Gate, go there and they don't have the stock.
This time it was for garden benches. The person told me the warehouse didn't have any stock, I then wanted to speak to the branch manager, he checked the system and said that four of the garden benches were on the system. He then sent the sales person to the warehouse again, he also disappeared and twenty minutes later I wanted to know what was going on. They both went missing! Eventually the sales rep appeared and said they would order it from another store but it would take some time.
That is ridiculous! The second time an incident like this happens at the same store!
