Good Day,

I'm having a problem with Jet, I have got an account with them and my problem started when there were extra amounts over and above that which i know i was suppose to pay. Ever since this problem started there was always a different of about R150.00 which I don't know where it's coming from. I went to Jet where I was told I have got 4 cell C sim cards which I have subscribe to load R35.00 on each every months. We spoke about it and they agreed they were going to cancel all of this transaction and I will get all my money back, After this they only cancel one and the other 3 are on. ever since March this year I've been calling them every now and then on 0860332244 and they will promise me that they will investigate and phone me back within 24 hours. amongst people I've spoken to I can still remember I spoke to Jonas who to my surprise is the same name to one of the owner of one of the 3 number I'm still paying for the airtime. I am still paying for the 3 sim cards and they are not cancelling. My name is Farisanani and you assistance with this regards will be highly appreciated.
