I was charged incorrect prices at Pick 'n Pay Pincrest Centre on 26 May 2013, I emailed customer care on the 28 May and then three times since then requesting feedback and no one has contacted me. I suspect they are waiting for all proof of this pricing to disappear in order to make the problem go away. They say "At Pick 'n Pay customer service is our main priority" and they have a "scan right guarantee" regarding incorrect pricing, why advertise this on their website if they can't live up to it or respond to a simple complaint?
