Bad service of NOTE!!!

First of all, I've been complaining about not receiving my statements every month, still not happening!!! This Magda is seriously the most incompetent, careless individual I have ever come across.

I phoned on 15 November and complained about the gate motor not working, she said "I'll email the owner" no follow up, don't give a that we are unsafe with a gate motor not working... Today is Tuesday 19 November... I phoned the owner "Hannes" he doesn't care, he's in Richards bay... How convenient!!! He said I should phone Magda, the useless, careless, arrogant estate agent!!!

I could go on and on... I have lived in the rented hous for 3 months, no contract. I call, no answer. SMS, no reply. Phone the office, make a big scene then she says you must make an appointment!!! ' What??? But you never answer your @ing phone!!! Then she says I've been phoning the wrong number, you mean the one on your business card??? The one that always goes to VM and says " remax good day bla bla bla???

$ing pathetic!!!

Fix my! ng gate, stop giving excuses and come up with solutions or resign cause clearly you can't do your job!!!
