On the 06th November 2013, At Save Cash and Carry Truro plaza, at 6:15pm, I went to return a Southern Fry Coating for another flavor, I shop at this store every day spending over R100 daily, I asked for the manager, and he took about 15 minutes to speak to me, when he spoke to me he was rude and arrogant as I did not have a slip, I tried to explain that I am a daily shopper there and he can check the barcode against his system and see I bought it there, but he just turned and walked away frome me. I called out to him and he shouted at me, I told him I would report him to his superior and he said go ahead, When I called the head office the next day, no one could help me, and they said they will call back, to date no call back, this manager could shout and tell me off as he knew his head office would do nuthing about it. Where is Saves customer service, I have stopped shopping there and am truly disappointed. If they could not help me, the least they could be was polite and smile. What awful behavior, he spoke to me in a way no one else ever has. I have never before been treated like by a manger, and have been shoping at Save since they opened. Is this what I get for LOYALTY!
