Takealot just got a new custome

I ordered 3 weeks back and still waiting even though i was suppose to receive on the 1 st November no one let me know nothing just not receiving it!!! when i phoned they say it is because you are outlined area huh 20km from pretoria central outlined??? why not tell me at least?
