P n' P had a special on a Mega Linen Bin for R139.99. included in the price was 2 Plastic containers. My wife wanted it so bad that I paid R140 for transport for her to go buy this special. when she got to PnP Newton Park they only had the bin but not the two containers. The manager, Lester, ask if she would take a "rain check" on the freebies and he would call and tell her when they have arrived. To date we have heard nothing from PnP and surely they cannot expect me to pay another R140 to fetch something that should have been there in the first place. This Linen Bin has already cost me R280 if you include the transport money. I worked for PnP for 4 years in the 1990's and I know the that they always treat their customers well. I do not know if they still have the same policies as then but I hope this issue can be sorted out as soon as possible. I am leaving my wife's cell number if anyone would like to contact her.
