I got a newspaper Monday morning showing a nice Dell Core i5 Laptop @ R5999, and a Color lazerjet printer @ R3999 and thought this is a good deal. My wife could do with a new laptop, a copy of Corel Draw X6 and I need a bigger printer. So I went to Incredible Connection yesterday to purchase said items and a few other stuff but was told the special was ONLY for the weekend. And I ONLY got the paper on Monday. The staff have no negotation skills and now, cause I got the paper late and they refuse to consider a good sale, you're out of a client and some money.
It's far easier to see the client leave empty handed than to try and accommodate him in a case like this and both the shop and the client are happier at the end of the day!
