A Customer Relationship Agent emailed me to advise 11 - 25 kg (size 5) has changed to 11 - 18 kg. So this means that I have to change to a size 6 which costs me more and with fewer nappies. Now how does this benefit customers. Suppliers and customers were not made aware of this change. The only winner in this decision is Pampers. Huggies Gold seems to getting good reviews and their prices are fantastic. After three kids and 7 years of loyalty, it's time to change suppliers.
